| Before your appointment you will be asked to fill out the detailed health questionnaires and your information through our web appointment form. We will review your specific travel itinerary, your medical history and your current health status and will advise you about the health risks associated with your trip. Recommended and required immunizations will be discussed and provided; certain immunizations may require a series of injections over time, or even booster doses. |
